The 3-Stage Recruitment Process
Stage 1: Webinar Introduction (15 minutes)
Your first touchpoint with HumanEdge Sales Partners. This short, informative session gives you a clear overview of who we are, how we work, and what the opportunity involves.
You’ll learn about:
- The role and day-to-day expectations
- Career progression and development pathways
- Our culture, values, and performance standards
- HumanEdge’s growth plans for 2026
No camera or microphone required, just bring a pen and paper and see if the opportunity aligns with your goals.
Stage 2: In-Depth Interview (45 minutes | Zoom)
A two-way conversation with our leadership team. This stage explores what success looks like in the role, the level of responsibility, and how you can take ownership from day one.
We’ll cover:
- Day-to-day responsibilities and expectations
- Our performance-led pay structure, incentives, and rewards
- Culture, team environment, and support systems
- Development opportunities and long-term progression
- Your background, ambitions, and how you want to shape your career
There’s plenty of time for questions, we want you to leave with full clarity before moving forward.
Stage 3: Final Conversation (20 minutes)
A focused, one-to-one conversation with management to confirm alignment and answer any remaining questions.
If successful, we’ll also walk you through:

- Training and onboarding support
How your first few weeks are structured
This stage ensures you start with confidence, clarity, and control over your own trajectory.
